The short version
Tabpia provides a full refund for an initial paid Pro purchase or a paid renewal when you submit the request within 14 calendar days of that charge.
Scope and operator
This Refund Policy applies to paid Tabpia Pro subscriptions purchased from the Tabpia website. Tabpia is operated by Qiu LiYun, an individual.
This policy should be read with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you purchase through another sales channel, that channel’s mandatory refund rules may also apply.
14-day full-refund eligibility
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days after either:
- your initial paid Pro subscription purchase; or
- each paid renewal of that subscription.
The request deadline is based on when you submit the request through Tabpia’s Contact page or send it to the published support email. You do not need to provide a reason for an eligible 14-day request.
How to request a refund
Use the Contact page or email support from the address connected to your Tabpia account. Include the account email and, when available, the order or transaction identifier so we can locate the payment.
Do not send a card number, bank password, or other payment credentials. Tabpia may request limited additional information when reasonably needed to confirm the account or payment.
Cancellation and the free trial
Canceling a subscription prevents a future renewal but does not automatically create a refund request. If the latest purchase or renewal is within the 14-day window, contact us separately to request the refund.
The one-time 30-day Pro trial requires no payment information and does not automatically become a paid subscription, so there is no trial charge to refund.
Processing and Pro access
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment provider. The time for funds to appear depends on that provider and your financial institution.
When a full refund is approved or confirmed, the refunded Pro entitlement may end and the account returns to the applicable Free plan. Your account and local browser data are not deleted merely because of a refund, but Free plan limits and cloud-feature availability will apply.
Requests after 14 days and billing issues
After the 14-day period, payments are generally non-refundable. We will still review reported duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, billing errors, provider failures, and any refund required by applicable law.
Payment providers may send their own refund communications or require additional steps. Nothing in this policy limits a non-waivable consumer right available under applicable law.
